Planning

Our evaluations and methods are customized to your club, facility or group of facilities. Each consultation will be based on the scope of services requested, from full facility audit, food & beverage operations review to racquets and club programming. We can work on a single consultation basis to planning out monthly or quarterly visits. We can successfully turn around your club or help find you the next manager to continue the mission. While we may recommend follow up services, we do not require long term contracts.

Numerous clubs we have worked with have gone on to win organizational or facility awards and have increased space utilization leading to increased revenue. We’ve increased club memberships by as much as 100% and raised tennis court revenue in excess of $425,000 per court making them some of the most profitable clubs in the nation. Portfolio of Services
· Interim management roles, including Director of Racquets, F&B Manager and General Manager positions. Developing proposals/bids, pro-formas and the operational plans for any type of hospitality/leisure amenity.
· Club Turnaround Specialists (Troubleshooters): we will work with you and your team to develop a strategic plan to bring you to higher ground. Increase member engagement, act as a thought partner for your club; whether it is raising the dues line through membership growth, adjust pricing or increase ancillary business opportunities. Are the members excited going to the class and pumped up when they leave? Do you get enough crossover from your fitness to your racquets or swim programs, or to your bar and restaurant? We will make sure you are offering the right mix of classes and that the instructors are doing their part to fill them. We've all been to restaurants and know what we do and don't like in our service, but training them with the proper skills and secrets to provide this service is our expertise. · Feasibility Studies: Thinking of starting a new program or developing a new facility, we can help you with the decision and the plan of attack. Using economic reasoning and marketplace demographics, we can help you decide whether your plans for a new project are viable. This is a great service for municipalities looking to expand into tennis and pickleball or those new to the club industry. You may desire a full service restaurant, but will it work for the members or will it become a money pit? We can help you make the right decisions.
· Design Reviews: Consult on designs for new club construction and remodels, making sure it is user-friendly and makes best use of space for member engagement and return on investment. We understand what it takes to build it right.

· Personnel Training and Team Building: Great enhancements for all areas of your operations. Does the front desk staff greet your members and guests in a welcoming fashion? Is your staff “showing up”? Are your club communications, really communicating? Does the staff look and act like the professionals you need to run a successful business? We can evaluate your team’s performance, make recommendations or complete a full training regimen.
· Membership and Sales Training: After doubling a club's membership or selling out beach clubs, we are experts in growing a business and will work with your sales and marketing team to make sure you are getting the right people to walk through the door and then how to present the club in a beneficial way to close the sale that day. · Cost Analysis: Sometimes it is just important to see what you’re paying out than what you’re bringing in. This analysis shows us if your expenses for cost of goods for food, labor, balls, apparel and other on and off court equipment are within normal ranges. We will also look at your lesson costs per fees charged. Sometimes this analysis can redirect court time and staff to areas that maybe more financially beneficial to the facility bottom line, while enhancing the value of the membership.
· Budgeting: We will help you with budget planning in your current, new or future facility. We can work within all areas of the operations. Pricing out menus in the restaurant and bar, making sure your dues is covering your operations. This will help you set the goals you need to operate successfully while making sure you are breaking even or showing a return on your investment!
· New Facility Start Ups: “Is there a need?” It is the most important question one could ask. Once we find a reason to commence on a new facility, we can help you understand the groundwork needed to move forward. Finding the land, permitting, writing a prospectus for investors which includes programming out the facility for racquet sports, aquatics, fitness, food and beverage and other departments as needed.
· Operating Plans: So you found yourself in the club business or on the Board of Directors, but know very little about the actual club operations? Maybe there is a changing climate that is turning your business upside down. Let us restore the course to smooth sailing and profitability.
