Club Consulting & Management, LLC (CCM) is a full-service hospitality and leisure amenity consulting firm specializing in club turnarounds, interim management, and operational excellence. Since 2003, we’ve partnered with developers, club owners, boards, and municipalities across the U.S. and abroad to help clubs reach their full potential—both operationally and financially.

Founded by award-winning club manager and tennis professional Jamie Blatman, CCM began with a mission to improve club operations, elevate membership engagement, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. Over time, our services expanded to include design consultation, construction planning, programming, and staff recruitment and training for new and existing club facilities.
